Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for materials, tools, equipment, and services
  • Request and review quotations to ensure competitive pricing
  • Process and monitor Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and fulfill material requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and pricing history
  • Assist in inventory monitoring and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and policies
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies related to deliveries or invoices
  • Perform other purchasing-related tasks as may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years purchasing experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledgeable in supplier sourcing, price comparison, and purchase order processing
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with basic inventory and warehouse processes is an advantage
  • With valid driver's license (optional, include if needed)
  • With at least 2 year(s) of work experience as Purchasing in a manufacturing company
  • Amenable to work in Carmona Cavite
  • Can start as soon as possible
