JOB HIRING: PURCHASING OFFICER

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our growing team

Newly graduates are welcome to apply — no need for advanced computer or Microsoft Office skills. What we value most is your willingness to learn, initiative, and commitment to get the job done right.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Business, Engineering, or related course (Newly graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • No experience required – we provide training
  • Can communicate clearly and professionally (verbal and written)
  • Organized, honest, and responsible
  • Willing to learn purchasing processes and supplier coordination
  • Can work under minimal supervision
  • Computer knowledge required
  • Microsoft office expert
  • Tech-savvy
  • Can Multi-Task

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing purchase requests and supplier canvassing
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and delivery schedules
  • Maintain proper filing of purchase records and documents
  • Support the team in monitoring orders and delivery status
  • Perform basic office and field-related purchasing tasks
