Job Title: Business Development Associate (Appointment Setting)
Location: Remote
Experience Required: 3–5 years
About the Role: We are looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Associate (Appointment Setting) to spearhead outbound prospecting and help build a strong sales pipeline across the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience generating B2B leads in SaaS, IT services, or consulting projects—particularly in software or application setup solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a target-oriented, remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM tools.
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients for IT services and application setup projects.
- Set up qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team through consistent follow-ups.
- Launch and manage lead generation campaigns to create awareness and convert interest into opportunities.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and performance metrics in the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Act as the initial point of contact between prospects and the sales team, building trust and interest.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or inside sales, with exposure to the Middle East market.
- Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation for IT services, SaaS, or software/application setup solutions.
- Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, , HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with campaign automation tools such as Zoho, , or Salesforce.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
