Key Requirements & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates/entry-level, but relevant experience is valued.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills are crucial.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and work in teams.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in screening and data.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases is helpful.
- Mindset: Passion for HR, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Attraction: Finding candidates through online platforms, job fairs, networking, and potentially fieldwork.
- Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates for fit.
- Process Management: Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer extension.
- Collaboration: Working with hiring managers to understand needs and build recruitment plans.
- Candidate Management: Building relationships and ensuring a positive experience for applicants.
- Onboarding Support: Assisting new hires and potentially helping with initial integration.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
