Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Attraction: Finding candidates through online platforms, job fairs, networking, and potentially fieldwork.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates for fit.
  • Process Management: Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer extension.
  • Collaboration: Working with hiring managers to understand needs and build recruitment plans.
  • Candidate Management: Building relationships and ensuring a positive experience for applicants.
  • Onboarding Support: Assisting new hires and potentially helping with initial integration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
