Position Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for both managerial and rank-and-file positions, with a bonus if they have experience handling international recruitment.

Fresh graduates with relevant recruitment experience are also encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate applicants' qualifications and ensure they meet the requirements of the position.
  • Assist in hiring for managerial and key positions, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Follow established company protocols and recruitment procedures meticulously.
  • Support HR initiatives to improve the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
  • Assist in onboarding newly hired employees when necessary.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Preferably with experience recruiting managerial and key positions.
  • Experience with international recruitment is an advantage.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and efficient.
  • Able to follow instructions accurately and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
