Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job postings.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with the management for final selection.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
