The Timekeeper / Payroll Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely collection, validation, and submission of timekeeping data for payroll processing. This role supports smooth payroll operations by maintaining data integrity, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating closely with multiple business units. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.


Essential Job Functions
  • Coordinate with various business units to gather, validate, and consolidate timekeeping data for payroll processing.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all timekeeping records before payroll cut-off.
  • Review and analyze timekeeping data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing entries, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Work with relevant teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies in attendance, overtime, or leave records.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in timekeeping procedures.
  • Maintain timekeeping records in accordance with company policies and government labor regulations.

Secondary Job Functions
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to timekeeping and payroll.
  • Support HR or Finance projects related to systems improvement or data migration.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

Education: Graduate of any four-year Business or related course.

Work Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in timekeeping and payroll.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of advanced Excel functions is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and payroll regulations is an advantage.
