Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst responsible for regular reporting, ad-hoc data analysis, and handling large datasets to support data-driven decision-making. The role involves statistical analysis, systems evaluation, and ensuring compliance with data security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to support improvements in business processes, products, and services.
  • Assess and optimize systems, data models, and data usage workflows.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and IT standards.
  • Prepare, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance data pipelines and workflows for accurate and timely data availability.
  • Organize and convert datasets for use in databases, analytics platforms, and business systems.
  • Recommend improvements to increase system reliability, scalability, integrity, security, and performance.
  • Analyze business operations and workflows to identify trends and assess performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3–5 years of IT experience with a strong technical background in the BPO or Collections industry is required. Experience working in a startup environment is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English and Filipino communication.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems, SQL Servers, and hands-on experience with data analytics or data-related tools/skills.
  • Must be flexible with rotating shift schedules (non-graveyard).
