About the role
As a Sales Admin at S.M.Flow Company, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This full-time position will be based in our Mandaluyong City office, where you will collaborate closely with our sales representatives to provide administrative and coordination support, contributing to the overall success of our growing company.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations and other sales materials
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records in our records
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of sales proposals, contracts, and other documents
- Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Monitoring and reporting on sales activity, including tracking key performance indicators and preparing sales reports
- Handling customer inquiries and providing support as needed
- Contributing to the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices
What we're looking for
- At least 6 months of experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role, preferably in a client-facing environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with customer relationship management
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
