Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile individual to join our team as a Workplace Manager. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in a variety of administrative and operational functions, demonstrating the ability to effectively manage a dynamic work environment.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Extensive Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of solid, progressive experience is required in the following areas:

  • Workspace Management: Proven expertise in optimizing and maintaining office spaces to enhance productivity and employee well-being.
  • Expat Management: Experience in supporting international employees, including relocation, housing, and integration.
  • Local logistics and Travel Management: Proficiency in coordinating local logistics and travel arrangements for employees.
  • Third-Party Coordination: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and collaborate with external vendors for office setup, services, and supplies.

Office or Administrative Management: A broad understanding of general office administration, including budget management, policy implementation, and team supervision.

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: A keen eye for precision and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring that all aspects of workplace operations are executed flawlessly.
  • Agility and Adaptability: The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment, readily embracing change and implementing new processes effectively.
  • Proactive Initiative and Creative Thinking: A high degree of self-motivation, taking ownership of projects and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. The ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions and enhance the overall work atmosphere is highly valued.
  • Independent Work Ethic: The capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, demonstrating sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills.

On-Site Presence: The role requires a strong on-site presence, with availability to work in the office 3-4 days per week to directly oversee operations and engage with the team
