We're seeking a motivated Junior Leasing Manager to support our growing Office Leasing department. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in commercial real estate while assisting with day-to-day leasing activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • With 5-8 years of experience in office leasing, commercial real estate, or property management (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
  • Willing to be assigned in Uptown, Taguig.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to Do Field Work: This role requires field visits to properties, so the candidate should be willing and able to perform on-site duties as needed.
  • No Commission or Quota: The position does not involve sales quotas or commission-based compensation. The focus is on operational excellence and leasing management.
  • Regularization: The role is a full-time, regularized position after the probationary period, offering long-term career stability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
