Key Responsibilities:

  • Create initial design concepts and block designs following established design language
  • Develop foundation plans, detailed floor plans, and layouts
  • Produce cabinet and tile drawings as required
  • Generate occasional renderings of hardscapes
  • Design and plan a wide variety of furniture layouts and floor plans
  • Collaborate with team members using Google Workspace
  • Utilize AutoCAD, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop for design and presentation tasks
  • Apply graphic design skills to enhance project visuals

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Workspace
  • Strong background in graphic design
  • Experience with initial design, block design, and foundational floor planning
  • Ability to create detailed cabinet and tile drawings
  • Skilled in rendering hardscapes and designing furniture layouts
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must have own working asset (Computer - Atleast i5 processor and 4GB Ram; Webcam; Noise Cancelling Headset)
  • Must be amenable to working with time trackers (example: Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Clockify, Team Logger)
