I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for the accurate inventory, and monitoring of shrinkage and throwaway at the warehouse.

II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensures that the "Negative ON-Hand" should run daily.

2. Monitors cycle count schedule.

3. Monitors price changes and audits signage.

4. Audits transaction logs.

5. Monitors audit of purchase orders.

6. Monitors break pack items.

7. Monitoring of transfer & OSD (over, short, damage) report.

8. Ensures that all inventory adjustments are done daily.

9. Ensures research and audit of zero sales.

10. Monitors OB bi-monthly inventory and |Food Service ingredients.

11. BINTAG audit.

12. Monitors II (shrink) or IU (throwaway) report.

13. Ensures cleanliness of the working areas.

14. Ascertains that supplies are kept at a minimum while maximizing its usage.

15. Ensures that all items for store use and items left are properly accounted.

16. Monitoring of Buy 1 Take 1 and its adjustment.

17. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

IV. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

EDUCATION College Graduate

EXPERIENCE/SKILL At least one (1) year of experience in a related industry

Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and

negotiation skills; computer literate

PERSONALITY decisive, self-motivated, goal/ result and people-oriented
