On-site Checker

Job Summary:

The Onsite Checker is responsible for monitoring, verifying, and recording all incoming and outgoing goods within the warehouse or loading area. The role ensures that all deliveries, dispatches, and transfers are accurate, properly documented, and comply with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and verify actual quantities of goods against delivery receipts or loading lists.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Record details of shipments, including product codes, quantities, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and logistics coordinators for proper documentation.
• Inspect goods for damage, shortages, or incorrect labeling and report immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned checking area.
• Submit daily reports or logs to the supervisor or logistics officer.
• Comply with safety and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level.
• Preferably with experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory checking.
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifting schedules.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and reliable.
• Willing to work on a seasonal or project-based arrangement.
