Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist. The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from identifying and attracting talent to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team leads to fulfill hiring needs, developing employer branding strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also includes contributing to the growth of the HR function through process optimization and relationship-building with potential candidates.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and experience in recruitment processes
  • Skills in Hiring, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with internal teams and candidates
  • Experience or knowledge in Employer Branding to attract top talent and foster a positive reputation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in an HR or recruiting role is preferred but not required
