Job Description

As a Business Support Officer, you will manage and improve workforce data accuracy, monitor compliance, and support system-wide data quality initiatives. You'll analyze reports, communicate with teams and candidates, and ensure the construction business operates with efficiency and precision.

Job Overview

Employment type: Project-based (Initially 3 months - contract is open to extension)

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off

Work setup: Onsite, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Essential: High level of English reading and writing; Business administration support experience
  • Desirable: Salesforce experience; Database management background
  • Experience: Administrator; Database Management

Your Daily Tasks

  • Interpret reports to identify potential exposure points in candidate compliance data
  • Conduct autonomous analysis of data to determine conformance and required actions
  • Improve accuracy and quality of Field Employee and Candidate information within the database
  • Research and update legacy system files for data consolidation
  • Communicate with Field Employees and Candidates regarding database-related queries
  • Perform trend analysis and reporting on system utilisation and implementation
  • Provide feedback on substandard data management elements for managerial action
  • Re-align candidate data according to management expectations
  • Conduct report analysis and provide feedback on accuracy and currency of displayed data
  • Perform other reasonable duties as instructed
