IT SUPPORT OFFICER

About the role

  • To resolve issues within the business IT operation environments and applications, ensuring that the availability of the systems is maximized, and a high level of customer service is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolution of national Helpdesk tasks within Service Level Agreement timeframes.
  • User and IT system administration-related tasks.
  • Produce client and other system documentation.
  • Escalate issues to the relevant colleague as required.
  • Call out frontline support for our internally developed job management system
  • Work with the Systems Administrators to help resolve issues.
  • IT Systems Maintenance
  • Basic IT troubleshooting including network, MS Windows, and applications.

Requirements

  • Ideally degree qualified in an IT-related discipline
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with and contribute to a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Moderate knowledge and experience with Kubernetes platform management.
  • Moderate knowledge and experience with CI/CD automation.
  • Moderate knowledge and experience with Bash scripting and YAML.
  • Understanding and experience with fundamental networking concepts like routing, DHCP, DNS, proxy

Work Details

  • Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
  • Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
