IT SUPPORT OFFICER
About the role
- To resolve issues within the business IT operation environments and applications, ensuring that the availability of the systems is maximized, and a high level of customer service is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolution of national Helpdesk tasks within Service Level Agreement timeframes.
- User and IT system administration-related tasks.
- Produce client and other system documentation.
- Escalate issues to the relevant colleague as required.
- Call out frontline support for our internally developed job management system
- Work with the Systems Administrators to help resolve issues.
- IT Systems Maintenance
- Basic IT troubleshooting including network, MS Windows, and applications.

Requirements
- Ideally degree qualified in an IT-related discipline
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work with and contribute to a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
- Moderate knowledge and experience with Kubernetes platform management.
- Moderate knowledge and experience with CI/CD automation.
- Moderate knowledge and experience with Bash scripting and YAML.
- Understanding and experience with fundamental networking concepts like routing, DHCP, DNS, proxy
Work Details
- Shift: Monday to Friday: 6:00am- 3:00pm or 7:00am- 4:00pm PH Time; depending on business needs
- Location: Makati | *Work from Home Until Further Notice
- Status: Full time employment
