Job Description
As a Talent Administrator, you'll manage talent bench redeployment, streamline coordination with hiring managers, and ensure efficient workforce utilization. Your expertise will directly support organizational growth and global impact.

The Qualifications We Seek
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years in recruitment, HR coordination, or administration, with a basic understanding of the recruitment process.
Knowledge and Skills:
- High-Volume Recruitment: Experience in handling multiple roles at once (preferred but not required).
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and stay accurate in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate tracking of candidate information and requisitions.
- Communication: Clear communication with team members, hiring managers, and candidates, both in writing and verbally.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges in the recruitment process and suggest practical solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR software tools (ATS familiarity is a plus).
Your Daily Tasks
Talent Bench Processing & Redeployment:
- Manage and maintain an updated database of all talent bench employees, ensuring accurate tracking of skills, experience, and availability.
- Actively match and prioritize redeployment of talent bench employees into suitable roles across various projects and clients.
- Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to align talent bench profiles with current and upcoming hiring needs.
- Monitor and report on the status of talent redeployment efforts, identifying roadblocks and solutions.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with different teams to streamline the redeployment process.
- Engage with hiring managers to advocate for the utilization of bench talent before sourcing external candidates.
- Maintain open communication with employees on the bench, keeping them informed about available opportunities, timelines, and next steps.
Process Improvement & Efficiency:
- Identify bottlenecks in redeployment and develop strategies to improve speed and efficiency in talent placement.
- Implement best practices for managing and reducing bench time, ensuring optimal utilization of workforce resources.
- Leverage data and analytics to track redeployment success rates and improve decision-making.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all redeployment activities comply with company policies, client agreements, and labor regulations.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on bench movement, talent placements, and challenges.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all employee data.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform any administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any of the Company's representatives from time to time through direct written order or verbal assignment.
