What You'll Bring to the Table

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or administration with a basic understanding of recruitment processes
  • Experience handling multiple roles in high-volume recruitment (preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and stay accurate in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail in tracking candidate information and requisitions
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to suggest practical solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR software tools (ATS familiarity is a plus)
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, taking initiative before issues arise
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build positive team relationships
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving processes
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information

What You'll Be Doing

Recruitment Process Support

  • Assist recruiters in managing requisition pipelines
  • Ensure timely updates and process candidate submissions
  • Database Management
  • Maintain and update candidate databases
  • Ensure accuracy and availability of recruitment information
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment status and progress
  • Highlight potential bottlenecks and track requisition volume
  • Scheduling and Documentation
  • Schedule interviews and prepare documentation (CV formatting, video profiles, photos)
  • Record all candidate-related details accurately
  • Compliance & Process Adherence
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and company policies
  • Follow standards on data handling and candidate evaluation
  • Process Improvement
  • Suggest ideas to streamline recruitment processes
  • Propose improvements to boost efficiency during high-volume periods
  • Candidate Experience
  • Support in creating a positive candidate experience
