Overview:

This role involves supporting administrative operations, coordinating with medical providers and law firms, and managing communication and documentation related to client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with lawyers, doctors, hospitals, and medical offices.
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and case-related files.
  • Coordinate and follow up with medical offices and law firms regarding patient care and legal matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of documentation.
  • Provide high-level customer service and clear communication to clients and professionals.
  • Perform general administrative support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Background in nursing, healthcare, or home health administration preferred.
  • Experience in personal injury or legal/medical coordination is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in phone/email management and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php13, Php27,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
