  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction or equivalent
  • With at least ten (10) years of working experience in Project/ Construction Management
  • Professional license is an advantage but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCad, Sketch Up, 3D Max and the like is an advantage
  • Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively
  • Flexible with time and willing to render overtime work
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Provides analysis covering the timing and supply of materials, services, utilities and other components to ensure that projects are implemented within the approved schedule and budget
  • Ability to analyze procedural, operational and strategic issues and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the work unit operations and services
  • Has strong leadership ability, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Maintains and monitors project schedules, project progress, coordination and resolving issues
  • Completes the implementation based on the targeted date
