Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead and manage sourcing and procurement projects related to store development, construction, and expansion initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring that critical materials, contractors, and services are sourced efficiently and aligned with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards — especially for high-impact projects like our Flagship Store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing projects in support of store construction, renovation, and expansion
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. engineering, procurement, operations) to define sourcing requirements
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, contractors, and service providers
  • Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness in sourcing activities
  • Oversee compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare regular project updates and reports for leadership
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services aligned with project milestones
  • Support process improvements and strategic sourcing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect preferred
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in architectural design, sourcing, project or construction management and leadership
  • Effective leadership with a focus on collaboration and results
  • Strong experience in vendor and contractor management
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience handling sourcing or construction for retail or fast-paced industries is a strong advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and suppliers simultaneously
