JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing the overall production of company products. Oversees all different department's day to day operations which includes merchandising, human resource management, and production.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

STRATEGIC PLANNING & SALES FORECASTING

  • Formulates strategic plans, business strategies & tactics that will help attain the company's overall direction.
  • Acts as the catalyst in arriving at a sound forecasted numbers mutually agreed by the different departments directly involved in the forecasting process.

PRODUCTION

  • Leads the manufacturing group in attaining optimized production scheduling, materials management, operational efficiency and on-time delivery of products.
  • Ensures that all levels of the production group adheres to a strong commitment to quality in all aspects of operations in order to meet the expectations of both internal and external customers.
  • Addresses the development of the plant management staff for effective operations, delegation of appropriate authority and responsibilities to subordinates.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & COST REDUCTION

  • Responsible for allocating funds to projects that can bolster increase in productivity & efficiency and reviews actual expenses on a monthly basis.
  • Analyzes the impact of business decisions and its corresponding results relative to the company's financial objectives.
  • Identifies and recognizes areas where cost reductions can be done and subsequently create programs and process improvement associated with cost reductions and increasing profits.

HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

  • Hires well-experienced and efficient managers for handling the different operations of the company.
  • Manages and directs job responsibilities of immediate staff and allocate work accordingly.
  • Reviews and approves departmental Key Result Areas (KRA)
  • Develops, designs and establish structures, systems and procedures to most effectively achieve the organization's objective.
  • Evaluates and balances organizational structure with check and balance procedure per department
