Product Designer

Job description:
As a Product Designer (Shoe / Bags / Apparel), you will be responsible for creating original footwear designs, developing prototypes, and selecting appropriate materials. You will manage the end-to-end design process, from concept to final product, collaborate with sourcing teams to find materials both locally and internationally, and ensure that all designs are innovative, functional, and production-ready.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design or related field
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experienced in sourcing materials locally and internationally (existing supplier connections a plus)
- Strong knowledge of shoe construction, design principles, and materials
- Able to work independently and manage projects from concept to production
- Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year experience in product development, design, or a related field.
- Must have a strong communication and negotiation skills, as working closely with internal clients, suppliers and other professionals is a key aspect of this profession
- Artistic ability, creativity, communication, problem solving, time management, attention to detail, and computer skills.
