About the role

As a Sales Demo - Mossimo Kids Wear Corner Store (SM Makati), you will be responsible for providing an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. This is a full-time role located in Makati City Metro Manila, where you will play a vital part in promoting and demonstrating our quality Mossimo kids wear line.

What you'll be doing

  1. Welcoming and engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service.
  2. Demonstrating and explaining the key features and benefits of our Mossimo kids wear products.
  3. Assisting customers with product selection, answering their questions, and completing sales transactions.
  4. Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing product display area.
  5. Restocking and replenishing products as needed.
  6. Reporting sales data and providing feedback to management.
  7. Supporting other store operations as required.

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, ideally within the fashion or apparel industry.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on product features and benefits.
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising.
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. A passion for the Mossimo brand and a desire to contribute to its continued success
