We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our store in North Avenue, Quezon City. As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and budgeting
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with our clients
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver excellent performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Analyze sales data and store performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a senior retail leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and using technology to enhance store operations
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel for sales reporting
  • Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
