About the Role:
We're looking for a top-tier phone closer to sell battery storage systems to Australian solar customers. You'll be speaking to warm leads daily — people who've already shown interest — and your job is to build rapport fast, handle objections, sell the value, and close the deal.
You should have the ability to understand customer needs, guide them to the best product solution, follow up through calls and emails, and seal the deal. This is pure closing, not appointment setting.
We're not looking for average — we're hiring a gun closer who loves the chase, the pressure, and the reward.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Making outbound and inbound calls to qualified solar leads (battery-focused)
- Selling high-ticket battery storage systems over the phone
- Understanding customer energy needs and educating them about rebates, battery benefits, and product options
- Handling objections and leading the conversation with confidence
- Sending follow-up emails, documents, and quotes professionally
- Chasing required paperwork from customers to move the sale forward
- Managing your follow-ups aggressively using CRM
- Using Workfolio to track your hours, calls, and progress
Required Skills & Experience:
- Fluent English with a neutral or strong, clear accent (mandatory)
- At least 2 years experience in high-ticket phone closing (solar, energy, insurance, etc.)
- Strong understanding of solar and battery systems or the ability to learn fast
- Proven record of closing sales over the phone (reference checks may be required)
- Ability to write clear, professional follow-up emails
- Confident, persistent, and aggressive in following up leads and chasing documents
- Must be highly organised, self-motivated, and hungry to earn commissions
- Must be able to work from 9:00 AM Western Australian time, Monday to Saturday (half-day)
