In this full-time role based in Pasig City Metro Manila, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support through our digital channels. Leveraging your outstanding communication skills, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries received through our digital channels, including chat, email, and social media
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers about our products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our customer service processes
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge resources

What we're looking for

  • 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using digital communication channels and customer service software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
