As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our clients—online and onsite. You'll handle inquiries, bookings, follow up on concerns, and make sure every client feels welcome, guided, and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in the studio with professionalism and warmth
  • Respond promptly to messages and inquiries via social media, email, text, and calls
  • Handle bookings, reschedules, and cancellations through our system
  • Provide accurate information about services, packages, and promos
  • Coordinate with the creative and operations team to ensure smooth daily schedules
  • Handle client concerns or complaints calmly and professionally
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
  • Assist in social media responses and community engagement when needed
  • Provide aftercare and follow-up messaging after sessions

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in person and online)
  • Familiarity with messaging platforms (FB, IG, etc.) and booking tools
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-first mindset
  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Willing to work weekends and peak days

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, admin, or front desk roles
  • Knowledge of basic photography or studio terms is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, or CRM tools
  • Basic social media knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12, Php13,500.00 per month
