Key Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates through online channels such as job boards, social media, databases, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial outreach and engagement to assess candidate interest and availability.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems to ensure accuracy of information.
  • Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Screen resumes to match candidate qualifications with job requirements.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives by promoting job openings on various platforms.
  • Assist in organizing sourcing campaigns and job fairs, both online and onsite.
  • Prepare sourcing reports and provide regular updates on pipeline progress.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as needed to support the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with experience in sourcing, recruitment, or HR; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, and social media recruitment strategies is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
