The
Recruitment Associate
supports the HR Recruitment Team in sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates based on client requirements. This role ensures a smooth recruitment process, helps maintain the applicant database, and contributes to meeting hiring targets while delivering a positive candidate experience.

  • Source and screen applicants through job portals, referrals, and social media.
  • Assist in interview scheduling and coordination with candidates.
  • Maintain and update the ATS or recruitment tracker daily.
  • Support job posting activities and respond to applicant inquiries.
  • Prepare and submit basic recruitment activity reports.
  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of all candidate information.
  • Perform other HR-related support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of recruitment or sourcing experience (preferably in staffing or headhunting)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on-site or hybrid depending on business needs
