Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Immigration Manager located in Makati. The Senior Immigration Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing immigration services for individuals and corporate clients. Key tasks will include coordinating visa processing, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, maintaining relationships with government agencies, and managing a team of specialists. Additionally, the role involves providing consultancy to clients on immigration processes and proactively staying updated on regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in immigration services, visa processes, and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Excellent communication, consultancy, and client relationship management skills.
  • Team management and leadership experience, with the ability to guide and motivate team members effectively.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and staying updated on immigration laws and regulatory changes.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Law, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Experience in the relocation or immigration industry and familiarity with the Philippines, Vietnam, or Thailand's immigration systems is an advantage.
