
Immigration Officer

Job Description:
- Oversee the immigration department to support business needs and ensure proper implementation of policy objectives and strategies
- Ensure provision of professional, timely and accurate migration advice and assistance to clients regarding visa options and other related immigration matters
- Manage workload of each Immigration Consultant and Administrator to maintain quality and promptness of service delivery
- Manage any service failures or client escalations by doing complete research and provision of action plan
- Ensure the quality survey is sent by consultant in-charge and monitoring the results of quality survey report to ensure compliance on performance standards
- Implementation of risk management procedures and reviews related reports as per company standards
- Establish and maintain relationships with team members, in country immigration teams and service providers/3rd Party Vendors to ensure delivery of best practice and quality service
- Acts as immigration policy expert and encourage knowledge sharing within the immigration team
- Provides immigration advisories and updates upon confirmation for clients and regional teams in well-timed manner
- Performs additional relevant duties as deemed necessary by the Management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
- Five years Immigration experience including at least 3 years at a managerial level
- Experience of working in an international, matrix organization is desirable
- With extensive work experience in the global mobility and relocation industry is desirable
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills-Organized management of work and workload to meet specified timelines
