Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring accuracy in immigration processes? Our Australian law firm is seeking a Visa Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the visa application process, ensuring all documentation is meticulously organized for submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize Australian visa application documents, supporting evidence, and draft online forms to ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
- Support lawyers by coordinating with clients to collect required signatures etc.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of all visa-related documentation.
- Assist lawyers with the preparation of submission packages for lodgement with immigration authorities.
- Collaborate with lawyers to ensure timely and accurate submission of visa applications.
- Provide administrative support throughout the visa process, including data entry, and file management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in visa processing, immigration, or documentation management is preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems.
