This role can be full-time hybrid position. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master (5–8 years) to lead cross-functional delivery teams, oversee project execution, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of platform features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across product, engineering, data, and business teams.
  • Serve as Scrum Master: facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and status reports.
  • Work closely with product managers to prioritize features and align delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate cross-team communication to keep requirements, technical tasks, and decisions aligned.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify project risks early and drive mitigation plans.
  • Support UAT planning, release coordination, and post-release reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to agile best practices and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Required Skills

  • 5–8 years
    of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles (technology or software projects).
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex delivery roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on SaaS, cloud, analytics, AI/ML, or data-driven platforms.
  • Telecom domain experience (CVM, analytics, CRM, digital services).
  • Professional certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP) are an advantage.
