The Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of furniture projects from concept to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage all project phases, from design development to installation.
  • Coordinate with design, production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct site inspections and supervise project implementation and installation.
  • Communicate with clients to gather requirements, present updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates for management.
  • Resolve issues, delays, or conflicts that may arise during project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to meet project specifications and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the furniture, interior fit-out, or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
