We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Software Development Projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget. Depending on the experience level, responsibilities and leadership expectations will vary.

Requirements:

Experience: Junior (0-2 years), Mid (3-5 years), Senior (6+ years)

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's or PMP certification preferred for Senior roles.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Senior-level candidates must have a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery and leadership.

Key Responsibilities (across all levels):

  • Assist or lead the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure project success.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with organizational goals and client expectations.
