Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for retail initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, IT, Procurement, and HR) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage contractors, suppliers, and external partners to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Retail Development

  • Oversee new store openings, relocations, and refurbishments — from site evaluation to turnover.
  • Ensure store layouts, designs, and fixtures align with brand guidelines and operational requirements.
  • Support in sourcing and evaluating suppliers and service providers.

Communication & Reporting

  • Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare regular project status reports, including timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Present project updates and recommendations to senior management.

Process Improvement

  • Analyze project performance and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Develop and standardize project management tools, templates, and best practices.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the
    retail, FMCG, or real estate development industry
    .
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Knowledge of retail operations, construction, and visual merchandising processes.
  • Analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
