About the role

Join the dynamic team at Dr. R.A. Fernando School of Healthcare Technology, Inc. as an Information Technology Staff. In this full-time position based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in providing IT support for TESDA operations and maintaining the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to and resolve IT-related queries and issues from employees, instructors, and students promptly and efficiently through email, phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
  • Provide technical assistance in document encoding (text-based or graphic-based)
  • Provide technical assistance in operating CCTV live feed
  • Provide IT support for TESDA Operations
  • Facilitate video conferencing tools to support remote learning and communication
  • Provide technical assistance in demonstrating the company's product (Portable TeleClinic)
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

What we're looking for

  • Graduate of any IT-related course (BSIT, BSCS, BSIS, etc.)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in an IT-related role, but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems
  • Proficiency in common software applications (Office programs, video conferencing tools, Google Workspace, Multimedia Tools)
  • Knowledge in optical drive operations, media formatting, and data management to ensure efficient handling and storage of disc-based content
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and developments
  • Willingness to be trained to operate the Portable TeleClinic
