Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pasay for an Information Technology Executive at Stemz Healthcare. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day IT operations including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing technical support to the staff, and managing network administration tasks. The role also involves overseeing system performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining IT infrastructure to meet the organization's standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address hardware and software-related issues
  • Knowledge of Network Administration and IT Operations to ensure seamless connectivity and system functionality
  • Experience in Information Technology practices and processes
  • Ability to work on-site in Pasay and engage in hands-on IT management
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience working in healthcare IT or other relevant industries is a plus
