Job description
Resolving IT support requests from employees
Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
Providing technical support on products and/or service
Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree of information technology or any related course
High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications
Strong oral communication skills to gather information from employees
Proven experience as an IT or similar role.
