We're Hiring: HR Officer (Employee & Labor Relations)


Hybrid setup | Canlubang, Laguna

We're looking for an
HR Officer (Employee & Labor Relations)
who will champion strategic employee and labor relations initiatives across our commissary sites. This role plays a vital part in promoting industrial harmony, ensuring legal compliance, and managing sensitive labor and administrative cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee & Labor Relations

  • Design and execute ER/LR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and government regulations

Administrative Investigations

  • Act as subject matter expert in handling administrative cases
  • Lead the Committee on Discipline for sensitive cases
  • Develop and facilitate labor relations training programs

Labor Case Management

  • Represent the company in DOLE, NLRC, and other hearings
  • Maintain a comprehensive labor case database for leadership reporting

Third-Party Contractor Oversight

  • Review service agreements and performance scorecards
  • Lead compliance efforts for audits and engagement protocols
  • Develop training and review SLAs

Code of Conduct & Policy Management

  • Interpret and update Code of Conduct provisions
  • Lead policy reviews and rollouts

Strategic Support & Financials

  • Craft LR strategies to support business transitions
  • Coordinate with government agencies
  • Prepare and monitor HR-LR budget projections

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, HR, or related field
  • IR Certification is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in labor and employee relations
  • Strong background in ER activities and case handling
  • Preferably with experience in manufacturing or similar industries
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Strong communication and administrative capabilities
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork/site visits
  • Amenable to a hybrid work setup in Canlubang, Laguna
