Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop training schedules and materials tailored to employee skill gaps and organizational needs (store and head office)
  • Conduct in-person training sessions covering topics such as:
  • Product knowledge (including power tools and hand tools)
  • Sales techniques
  • Safety protocols (SOP)
  • Customer service standards
  • Evaluate employee performance through assessments, quizzes, and hands-on demonstrations
  • Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to improve employee skills
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and employee progress reports
  • Track training effectiveness and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Handle the scheduling of all dealer training programs
  • Collect and review training feedback for program improvement
  • Collaborate with department managers, SMEs, and external training providers (e.g., Bridges Framework) to align training goals with business objectives

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or any related field (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design
  • Experience in curriculum design and creating e-learning content
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in power tools and hand tools (product training or sales experience is a plus)
  • Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving training needs and company changes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
