About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our long-term, global client in the finance domain. This role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable, and enterprise-grade user experiences for complex B2B and productivity applications.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who thrives in large-scale enterprise environments, is highly proficient in Figma, and has a basic understanding of to ensure smooth collaboration with development teams. Experience working within Agile frameworks and familiarity with product processes are valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine enterprise-level UX/UI solutions with a focus on usability, functionality, and design consistency.
  • Create and maintain interactive prototypes and design systems in Figma.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment, especially within React-based front-end environments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and QA - to translate business and technical requirements into effective user interfaces.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards and UX best practices across large-scale applications.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to align on sprint goals, user stories, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise or B2B environments.
  • Proven experience designing data-rich or workflow-heavy interfaces for productivity or finance-related tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Working knowledge of to communicate effectively with development teams.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to have- basic Product Owner or product management experience for effective stakeholder communication and prioritization.
