Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our growing iGaming team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interface designs for web and mobile gaming platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver seamless user experiences that drive player engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

User Experience & Interface Design

  • Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for iGaming platforms (web, mobile, desktop).
  • Create visually compelling interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance gameplay experience.
  • Conduct usability tests and integrate user feedback to improve design quality.
  • Ensure UI/UX consistency across all screens, features, and platforms.

Research & User Understanding

  • Analyze user behavior, gaming trends, and peer platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on iGaming UI/UX best practices, casino design patterns, player motivations, and UI trends.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with product owners and developers to translate requirements into functional and engaging designs.
  • Prepare design assets, documentation, and specifications for development handoff.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure UI quality and proper implementation across devices.

Branding & Visual Design

  • Create icons, banners, UI elements, and in-game graphics when needed.
  • Contribute to the design system and maintain a cohesive visual identity across properties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in iGaming, gaming, fintech, or entertainment platforms.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing interface designs, prototypes, and user-centric projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar design tools.
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (not required but a plus).
  • Experience designing for responsive, mobile-first, and cross-platform environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging, high-quality experiences.

Preferred Experience (Advantage):

  • Background in online casino, sportsbook, or iGaming design.
  • Familiarity with gamification elements and casino UI patterns (slots, live casino, lobby, wallets, bonuses).
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Animation or motion graphics ability (Lottie, After Effects) is a plus.
