As our new UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and human-centered digital experiences that simplify complex lending workflows. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to design user interfaces that not only look exceptional but also deliver measurable impact—enhancing usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction across the company's digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver user experiences for web and mobile applications that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation and consistency.
  • Apply a user-centered design approach that balances creativity with data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and UI guidelines to ensure visual consistency across platforms.
  • Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and UX best practices in the fintech and mortgage technology space.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or enterprise web applications.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working collaboratively in Agile or cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into simple, intuitive user experiences.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both UX process and UI design execution.
