With user experience at its core, capable of transforming complex information into intuitive and delightful interactive interfaces; possessing both logical and aesthetic thinking, optimizing design details through data and behavioral insights to create a truly "human-centered" digital experience.

Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the UI/UX design for operational activities (such as holiday events, lucky draws, point systems, brand promotion campaigns, etc.), like core interfaces such as event landing pages, pop-ups, Banners, task systems, and operation centers;
  • Continuously optimizing user journeys and operation experiences based on data and user feedback, closely collaborating with brand, operation, product, and development teams to ensure visual consistency and the achievement of conversion goals;
  • Developing and maintaining design specifications and component libraries to improve page update efficiency;
  • Keeping an eye on competitor trends and industry activity gameplay, and proposing innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in design, fine arts, interaction, or related fields;
  • At least 1 year of experience in internet operation design / UI/UX design;
  • Proficient in using design tools such as Figma;
  • Understand user behavior psychology and conversion logic, and have practical experience in "operation design" and "data-driven design";
  • Have experience in designing Web / H5 / App campaign pages;
  • Candidates with experience in A/B testing and user retention optimization are preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in overseas markets are preferred
