Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior/Manager UI/UX Designer based in Taguig, offering flexibility for some remote work. The role involves leading and managing UI/UX design projects, creating user-centric designs, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Additionally, responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing design projects, creating responsive web designs, and ensuring the alignment of visual and user experience elements with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in User Experience Design (UED) and Visual Design to create compelling and user-centered interfaces
  • Expertise in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design to ensure designs function across various devices
  • Strong Project Management skills to manage and lead design initiatives effectively
  • In-depth knowledge of interaction design principles and usability best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in overseeing design projects in Agile or similar development environments is an advantage
