POSITION OVERVIEW:

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and highly functional designs that enhance user experience and drive conversion across the company's e-commerce platforms. The role focuses on optimizing design for conversion, improving user journeys, and ensuring brand consistency through thoughtful, data-driven interface design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and improve user interfaces for Shopify websites and other e-commerce platforms to enhance usability and customer engagement.
  • Apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles to boost sales and user retention.
  • Create design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma and other design tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketers to translate business goals into effective, user-centered design solutions.
  • Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to guide design decisions.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
  • Maintain and update design systems, UI components, and brand guidelines.
  • Use analytics and A/B testing data to validate design effectiveness and continuously improve performance.
  • Work closely with the Shopify Developer to ensure accurate and high-quality design implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or conversion-focused e-commerce design.
  • Proficient in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design.
  • Hands-on experience designing for Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other relevant editing tools.
  • Ability to analyze user data and translate findings into actionable design improvements.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or Liquid for basic design-to-development alignment.
  • Experience conducting usability testing or user research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php60,000.00 per month
