The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As Total Rewards Leader for Philippines, you will be responsible to plan, organize and direct activities and policies under Total Rewards Center of Expertise for Philippines. It is crucial for this position to develop and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders (HR colleagues, Business leaders & employees) to become a reliable partner. In that role, you will:
- Plan, organize, and support activities and policies under the Total Rewards Center of Expertise for the Philippines.
- Administer 3M's Compensation and Benefits programs and ensure pay equity across all PH entities.
- Support compensation planning processes, including annual budgeting, market pricing, governance review, and competitiveness analysis.
- Analyse compensation survey data (Mercer, WTW, AON) to provide insights on market movement, pay competitiveness, and structure updates.
- Provide data-backed guidance on job offers, promotions, internal equity cases, and retention decisions.
- Oversee statutory PH benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company benefit programs (HMO, life, disability).
- Manage enrolments, renewals, vendor coordination, reporting, and benefits audits.
- Handle routine and non-routine compensation and benefits inquiries, ensuring fair and consistent interpretation of policies.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE wage orders, labour regulations, and internal TR policies.
- Partner with HR Partners and business managers on compensation governance, pay transparency, and policy implementation.
- Maintain accurate documentation, controls, and audit readiness.
- Lead or support short-term compensation and benefits projects aligned with business needs.
- Identify and implement improvements in TR processes, tools, dashboards, analytics, and reporting using HRIS and survey data.
- Support communication and rollout of new TR policies, guidelines, and initiatives.
- Uphold 3M values, confidentiality standards, and ethical business practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in multinational organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, statutory benefits, and TR policies.
- Experience in compensation planning and market pricing.
- Experience in M&A or divestiture projects (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
- Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Effective communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English.
